No Refund Policy
Talent Collective Academy follows a strict no-refund policy for all registrations, bookings, courses, workshops, auditions, events, training programs, and service-based offerings.
Once a payment is made through our website or any official payment channel, the amount paid is non-refundable under all circumstances, unless otherwise stated in writing by Talent Collective Academy.
Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Audition fees
- Course fees
- Workshop fees
- Training program fees
- Event participation fees
- Booking charges
- Processing fees and administrative charges
- Any other service-related payment made to Talent Collective Academy
Cancellation by User
If a user cancels their registration, booking, course, workshop, audition, event participation, or service request after making payment, no refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued for missed sessions.
- No refund will be issued for late attendance.
- No refund will be issued for non-participation.
- No refund will be issued for change of mind after payment.
- No refund will be issued if the user is unable to attend due to personal reasons.
Rescheduling or Changes
Talent Collective Academy may, at its sole discretion, allow rescheduling or adjustment of a class, workshop, audition, training program, event, or service depending on availability and the nature of the booking.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not mean that the user is eligible for a refund.
Changes by Talent Collective Academy
Talent Collective Academy reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel any course, class, workshop, audition, training program, event, or service due to operational requirements, instructor availability, technical issues, unavoidable circumstances, or any other reason.
In such cases, Talent Collective Academy may provide an alternative date, alternate session, credit, or another suitable option. Refunds will not be provided unless specifically approved in writing by Talent Collective Academy.
Incorrect Information
Users are responsible for entering accurate details while registering or making payment. Talent Collective Academy will not be responsible for issues caused due to incorrect name, phone number, email address, payment details, or other information submitted by the user.
- No refund will be issued for incorrect details submitted by the user.
- No refund will be issued for duplicate registrations made by the user.
- No refund will be issued for selecting the wrong course, event, workshop, audition, or service.
Policy Acceptance
By completing a registration, booking, or payment with Talent Collective Academy, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
